CHAVÓN SPACE

CAMPUS: LA ROMANA

The School’s location in the Caribbean, at the hub of the Americas, is an ideal location for students wishing to experience new cultures and environments. Institutions, schools and organizations make use of the remarkable facility that is Altos de Chavón. Its setting in a replicated Mediterranean village offers peace and seclusion, combined with easy access to airports, nearby towns, and the capital city of Santo Domingo.

The School’s green and comfortable campus consists of 9 classrooms, a computer lab, a 12,000-volume library, an exhibition gallery, and student and faculty housing. It is also adjacent to the local archeological museum and the Davidoff Artist in Residency facility. Chavón is now opening its facilities for use by guided groups of students from international art and design programs

The costs below include experienced local staff support during a group’s stay. Field trips, and art and cultural experiences can be arranged at additional cost.
